We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Server:

  • Providing hospitality focused service, with an emphasis on guests have a great experience
  • Problem solving and following the “LAST” (listen, apologize, solve, thank) mind set to handle guest concerns
  • Following all health and safety protocols, and being “health department ready” at all times
  • Completing sidework and running side work throughout the shift to set the team up for success
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with fellow team members, with a heavy teamwork focus.
  • Enhance the guest experience by providing elevated service including a menu tour, upselling beverages, appetizers, and dessert
  • Practice proper table maintenance and work with a sense of urgency
  • Gain a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings

Bartender:

  • Maintaining proper liquor cost and inventory control
  • Keeping a clean, health department ready bar and maintaining all health and safety standards and protocols.
  • Conducting daily line checks, ensuring cleanliness, freshness, and being set up for the shift.
  • Maintaining the service well and preparing drink tickets for servers and cocktailers.
  • Maintaining and serving guests at your bar-top
  • Serving tables outside of the bar and providing a full-service dining experience
  • Restocking and maintaining par levels for beverage and glassware behind the bar
  • Unpacking the liquor/wine/beer deliveries, and daily liquor room maintenance
  • Following all alcohol safety protocol and ABC guidelines
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with fellow team members, with a heavy teamwork focus.
  • Providing hospitality focused service, with an emphasis on guests having a great experience

Host:

  • Greeting guests in a friendly/energized manner immediately upon their entering the restaurant
  • Serve as an ambassador of the restaurant, being the first person the guest interacts with
  • Managing the flow of the restaurant by planning where reservations will go, managing wait time and wait list, and assessing server skill levels to properly seat guests.
  • Positively and kindly communicating possible wait times to guests and properly managing their expectations when/if there is a wait
  • Ensure we are fully prepared for the shift with enough clean menus
  • Problem solving and following the “LAST” (listen, apologize, solve, thank) mind set to handle guest concerns
  • Maintaining a clean front entrance area including cleaning the host stand, wiping the front doors, and performing restroom checks and stocking
  • Memorize food and beverage offerings, and execute take-out orders when needed

Expo/Food Runner:

  • Heavy focus on quality control. Ensure items are prepared according to specifications, and that they are properly plated and garnished before delivering to the guest
  • Double check to confirm all items are prepared correctly including any possible modifications
  • Properly read notes and include any requested sauces, bread, parmesan cheese, etc. on the side
  • Walk long distances carrying trays of food to deliver, multiple times as needed throughout shift
  • Delivering food in a friendly manner using seat numbers, serving ladies first
  • Announce the food, mentioning modifications as placing in front of guests. No auctioning off food
  • Maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to all safety protocols to be “health department ready”
  • Follow all kitchen safety protocols including using a cut glove, slicer safety, safe lifting, etc.
  • Serve as the liaison between the kitchen team and the FOH service team to ensure streamlined communication and organization
  • Communicate in a positive and teamwork orientated way with all HOH and FOH team members
  • Assist in running food and drinks

Job Requirements:

  • Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience
  • Positive and Professional Attitude
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must present a Food Handlers card within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours/day
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
