Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Permanent Provider. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. As a Primary Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and coordinate care
• Manage patient care, including referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices

Qualifications:

• Must have a current and unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Primary Care (ideally)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and health conditions
• Proficient in electronic medical records and other medical software
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
