How You Will Make Contributions That Matter....

• Must learn multiple positions within the Liquid, Whey, and Milk Receiving area.
• Pull milk samples from tankers for laboratory analysis.
• Must be able to test and pass a Weigher's and Sampler's license to sample tankers and a State Pasteurizer license. Must obtain licenses within 3 months of being placed in job.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and brand integrity by adhering to and promoting company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Receive, evaluate, and test incoming raw milk per standard operating procedures, and record results.
• Abide by milk receiving standards and protocol to ensure the highest levels of quality and safety are achieved.
• Neatly and accurately complete departmental paperwork/checklists/verifications (i.e. receiving paperwork for incoming loads and outgoing loads) and subsequent data entry.
• Complete CIP using the required chemicals on equipment, in rooms, Silos and on trucks, and subsequent documentation.
• Load out liquid product.
• Retrieves samples from trucks delivering milk to the intake.
• Perform SAP functions in the SAP system.
• Maintain Food Safety and Quality
• Other duties as assigned.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You....

• Previous production machine operating work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing industry preferred but not required.
• Must possess a strong work character and have the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and passion for the job.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed to support complex operations.
• Critical thinking and ability to analyze data and situations is a must. This involves being detail oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and organization.
• Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promptly reports any unsafe working conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Promptly reports all potential quality and food safety hazards to management.
• Complies with all of Saputo's food safety, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates integrity in all business activities with employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Reliable and consistent attendance and available to work any shift, overtime or holidays as required; may be required t cover the absences of key personnel.
• Perform other duties as required.
