```Duties```
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in floral management and cooler clean
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Floral Sales experience, minimum of 2+ years or experience in a similar sales environment
- Communicate: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- POS: Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Retail math: Basic understanding of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts and sales tax.
- Spanish: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required..
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Sales: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
