JOB SUMMARY | Floral merchandisers represent our company and our products at a store level. They are responsible for visiting our customer’s locations, checking product quality and display compliance with planograms, and completing customer reports. Merchandisers may be required to access cold storage areas and bring products up to display areas. They may also be required to assist in new store openings. This unique role involves working both in-store and in a corporate office setting, providing support and contributing to various aspects of our business operations, primarily entering purchase orders. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, works well under minimal supervision, and has the ability to thrive in diverse environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS | Floral merchandiser requirements and responsibilities include the following:

• Must be able to travel distances of up to 5 hours driving.
• Must have valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Must be able to work on their feet, moving about.
• Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. (at times)
• Must not be allergic to floral materials or foliage.
• Must have the ability to follow a plan-o-gram.
• Must exhibit attention to detail when handling product.
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Punctuality and dependability extremely important
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, working OT during floral holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor(s)
• Must follow safety protocol at all times.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS |A plus for candidate, but not required:

• Experience supporting a field sales organization is highly preferred.
• Previous floral industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
