SalaryWe are seeking an organized, detail-minded, and reliable Floral Manager at our Five Points Super Saver in Grand Island. We are looking for skilled Floral Designers and/or experienced floral dept. managers to fill this role.
Specific Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ensure department is well-stocked and well-merchandised with fresh, beautiful floral designs and other products
- Provide the best service possible by maintaining a friendly, professional attitude with customers and employees
- Unloading, stocking, creating and designing product. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Follow the directives of your Store Director
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety policies
- Supervise associates with confidence and delegate duties accordingly
Qualifications:
Previous floral design experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is creative, artistic, and has an Eye for Details! (Must be at least 21 years old).
