· Plan and implement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
· Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets
· Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and making decisions as necessary
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
· Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to all stakeholders
· Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
