SalaryAll Candidates must have previous Epoxy floor installation experience and must be able to lead a team of Installers.
Ideal candidate must possess knowledge of concrete prep and coatings installations. Must be reliable and on time, have a friendly and helpful attitude, be adept at interacting with customers, and competent enough to follow established procedures and deadlines.
Most of the time you would be working as part of a team but must also be able to work independently. Writing and speaking English is required. The position also entails, loading and unloading inventory, and helping maintain a safe work environment.
Epoxy experience preferred, but training will be provided in all aspects of the position requirements as necessary. We are looking for a clean cut, articulate, reliable person who is respectful and friendly, a true people person.
- Must have a valid NC drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass random drug testing.
Resinous Flooring, concrete staining, concrete polishing, floor grinder operation. Responsible for overseeing and maintaining production rates, transporting job site equipment, and completing tasks to achieve high-quality flooring installation.
Ideal candidate has their own transportation and experience installing epoxy floors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
