Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the installation of various flooring materials, including tile, wood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and laminate. As a Flooring Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Flooring Installations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Installation Expertise: Perform skilled installation of tile, wood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and laminate flooring materials with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for installation by ensuring proper subfloor conditions, addressing any issues that may impact the quality of the installation.
• Measurement and Layout: Accurately measure and layout flooring materials, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing installation.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for Flooring Installation, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow industry best practices, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure installations meet or exceed quality standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide guidance on material selection, and address any concerns or questions.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the installation process, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the installation of tile, wood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and laminate flooring.
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to Flooring Installation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education and Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in Flooring Installation (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,700.00 - $3,000.00 per week
