SalaryDescription: Flooring Demolition Specialist
Salary Range: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience

Purpose:
As a Flooring Demo Specialist, you will be an essential part of our demolition projects, contributing to the safe and efficient removal of flooring and materials. This role involves physical labor, teamwork, and attention to detail as you work alongside experienced professionals in the demolition field.

Physical Requirements:
1. Physically demanding, pulling, bending, kneeling, swinging of arms, lifting etc..
2. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks for duration of shifts, including standing for an extended period, stooping, bending, and twisting.
Job Requirements:
Must be mechanically inclined and passionate about hands-on learning.
Must be willing to work irregular hours and extended shifts as needed.
Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Able to work efficiently and take directions from others
2. Able to use power tools
3. Dedicated and motivated team player
5. Strong problem-solving skills
Level of Education/Training/License:
Valid driver’s license
Construction experience is a plus
Experience:
- Experienced and entry level positions are available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
