Floor Tech

Oranje Commercial Cleaning is currently for reliable candidates to fill our Floor Tech open positions

We Have Various Work Locations: Will Be Based Out of Phoenix But Will Go Service Accounts All Over the Valley.

***Vehicle with gas card provided by Oranje***

Work Days: Monday - Friday (ocassional weekend projects might be scheduled)

Work Hours: Work 5:30PM - 2:00AM (Hours may vary depending on work projects)

Pay Rate: $18- $20per hour No experience needed, training available

Duties:

General Janitorial and Floor Technician duties. Must have attention to detail and enjoy cleaning.

Nightly Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, Spot Removal, Strip & Wax, Clean & Seal Grout, Carpet Extractions, Power Washing, Assist with High Dusting, Report Maintenance Issues, Proper care and maintenance of equipment, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc.

Special Requirements:

-Must be able to pass various Background checks

-Must be reliable and be punctual

-Must have a Valid AZ Driver's License

-Must have a good 3 year Driving Record (Provide a Recent MVR Report @ Time of Interview)

-Must be able to pass a drug test

-Must pass a E-Verify
