Position:Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Five Oaks Rehabilitation and Care Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for response.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in NC.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) with a commitment to earning a BSN within a specified timeframe.
- Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to nursing care.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
