SalaryThe primary purpose of the floor technician is to provide Floor Care in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the current applicable federal, state and local guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor.
Job Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate daily Floor Care utilizing floor machines, carpet care/cleaning and snow removal. A general understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting, bending, turning and pushing
