Floating Visit Nurse - Making a Difference:

- Administer prescribed medications with precision and safety, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to medication schedules.

Floating Visit Nurse - Qualifications:
- Active nursing license in the state of Minnesota.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to drive within a 50-mile radius from home.
- Clinical experience, preferably in home care or related fields.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and empathy.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
