SEVIS-Approved Part 141 offers the highest standards of airmanship training available, following approved programs and FAA certification. Our pilot school specializes in professional training programs for future pilots, guiding them from their initial steps in their career until they receive their commercial pilot's license. We offer fixed-wing and helicopter training programs from PPL level up to ATP.
Duties:
- Provide flight instruction to students in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
- Conduct ground school and pre-flight briefings to ensure students have a thorough understanding of flight procedures and safety protocols
- Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures during flight lessons
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and flight hours
- Scheduling of theoretical and practical classes with students
Experience:
- Must hold a valid FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) and Flight Instructor Instrument Certificate (CFII), MEI preferable
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Data analysis skills to track student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Previous flight instruction experience at least 1 year
- At least 700 hrs total time and 100 dual given - Experience with at least 3 graduated students
- Successful track and high pass rate
