What You Will Do:
Revv Aviation is looking for an efficient and detail oriented Licensed Flight Dispatcher to join the team in our Aurora headquarters. The Flight Dispatcher, in accordance with Federal regulations and company policies, will coordinate the minute-to-minute daily functions of Revv’s flight operations, manage the flow of aircraft and crews, and serve as the main point of contact for all communication, information, and decisions affecting and related to that flow, and will participate in decision-making responsibility during operation irregularities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee the safe operation of the daily company flight schedule.
Serve as the primary point of contact for pilots, station operation agents,maintenance personnel and flight management personnel, with access to all information integral to the operation.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of FLIFO.
Provide operation data reports as necessary.
Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure the aircraft status will permit the intended operation to be conducted safely and in accordance with applicable Minimum Equipment List/Configuration Deviation List items (MEL/CDL) limitations/ restrictions at the scheduled departure time.
Maintain a “Team Player” mentality during unexpected high volume workloads.
Assisting other members of the team with communications, coordination and other duties in order to make unexpected workload situations more manageable.

Who You Are
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid FAA Dispatcher License
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiar with federal regulations relating to the flow of aircraft and flight crews
Familiar with Systems Operations Control (SOC)
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays
At least 18 years of age
Physical requirements:
Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position
