Duties and Responsibilities:This position is unique compared to most In-Home caregiver positions. Our In Home Care Aides work directly with elderly clients to provide customized care during their daily activities;

• Client care: Helping clients move around the house, medication reminders, escorting clients to and from their doctor’s appointments, other basic day to day tasks, etc.
• Household care: Light cleaning, helping clients to do their laundry, prepping meals and cooking, etc.
• Emotional care: Providing companionship and emotional support while engaging in meaningful conversations with the client
• Supporting office staff with administrative duties when client caseload is low
• Marketing our services to our community partners
• Leading and participating in community events sponsored by the company

To be a strong candidate for the position, you will need:· An engaging personality· Excellent communication skills· Caring, passionate, and patient personality· Sensitivity to cultural diversity· Must have a car and be willing to drive within a 15 mile radius of the corporate office· High-school diploma or general education diploma (GED); or at least one year of documented experience working as a caregiver (childcare included)· Certified Medical Assistant (preferred but not necessary)
