Napleton Automotive’ s Fleet Group is looking to fill a Fleet Truck Sales & Account Manager position in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois office. This role will provide excellent customer service to our national Fleet Truck customers.
This role will function as a trusted business partner: from needs assessment to customized specifications and aftermarket retrofits, through timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Fleet Truck customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products and aftermarket solutions.
- Audit orders to ensure accuracy on all manufacturers and aftermarket vendor orders.
- Track customer orders through the process to stay apprised of any issues and work to pro-actively solve.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer vehicle.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and vendors.
- Continue to build and maintain product knowledge.
Job/Education Requirements:
- Extensive truck manufacturer product knowledge (pick- up trucks through Class 5)
- Fleet Experience
- Strong organizational, logistical, and analytical skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Vendor Relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Relentless attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
