As a crucial team member within the Supply Chain Optimization, the System/Data Optimization Analyst plays a vital role. In a dynamic work environment, this analyst contributes valuable support to the fleet team by concentrating on tasks such as data auditing, reporting, Power BI report development, technical support for the system, and overall assistance to our procurement Operations team.
• Foster close collaboration with the fleet team to meet their operational needs and enhance overall fleet performance.
• Acquire a deep understanding of our fleet system, to ensure precise data sourcing.
• Provide support and manage tickets through our Service Now platform.
• Conduct meticulous data audits to guarantee accuracy, integrity, and consistency in data.
• Generate comprehensive reports and meaningful insights using advanced data analysis techniques.
• Craft visually appealing Power BI reports that effectively convey fleet metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
• Engage in cross-functional projects, leveraging expertise in data analysis and fleet optimization.
• Assist the Procurement Operations team with reporting and other operational requirements.
• Navigate efficiently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
