Schedule: Monday-Friday will Require Weekend availability (one weekend day may be required )
Shift: 11:00am-7:00pm
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Fleet Support Associate helps to support scheduling, metrics, documentation, and dashboard updates of our vehicle fleet. Aids in tracking current/historical fleet health and keeps constant situational awareness of the fleet status. Stays close to fleet repairs and helps to ensure appropriate repair time is requested. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth handoff of hardware and software from development to operations. Supports Fleet PMs with meeting high-level targets. Travel may be required throughout our locations. Requires working in the repair shop alongside the technicians, technician leads, engineers, cross functional team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with scheduling team to book repairs/obtain time on vehicles
- Review open vehicle issues and generate actions
- Monitor and update fleet health
- Ensures accurate record keeping/historical vehicle health and repair data
- Identify and support in the development of technical documentation
- Support the development of daily-weekly-monthly-quarterly reporting
- Close the loop on repair feedback to drive product improvements
- Provide assistance to the PMs
- Performs Quality Inspection of Repair Orders
- Supports in Ordering parts/ensures parts availability for repairs
- Interfaces with many teams at company
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS::
- 1-2 years of experience in a rapid-paced service environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Willing to travel as needed 50% of the time
- Familiarity with Automotive repair processes/fundamentals
- Team player
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Jira/Confluence
- Familiar with MS Office/Google Suites
- Automotive Service Environment Exposure/Experience helpful
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Rapid communication and response via multiple modes of communication
