Job Description
The Fleet Coordinator will provide daily support to our Fleet team by using Excel and other reporting capabilities prepare reports as requested. Someone with strong Excel skills & reporting capabilities. Possess excellent analytical, written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. Able to prioritize and someone who is highly organized.
Essential Functions:
• Maintains accurate records of company vehicles and related assets per dedicated region; updates internal systems and external systems with any changes to fleet including adds, deletes, driver changes, etc. External systems include gas cards, gps tracking and fleet leasing database.
• Supports with filing of auto and worker's compensation claims.
• Assists in ensuring safety training is completed as assigned.
• Audits invoices to verify charges for fleet related expenses including but not limited to lease, fuel charges and maintenance charges.
• Audits vehicle usage, and payroll reports compared to gps reports.
• Reserves rentals and ensures that rental usage is minimum.
• Ensures that vehicles in dedicated region are being tracked through GPS.
• Runs regular GPS tracking reports to show unsafe driving and driving the vehicle for personal use outside of the allotted usage along with vehicle operation after hours; these reports are provided to the respective DSM.
• Monitors vehicle status to ensure that all vehicles are being utilized and that repairs are monitored and completed in a timely manner.

- High school diploma/GED required
- Microsoft office, strong EXCEL, skills
- Strong communication both written and verbal
