Job description

Position Summary:

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all fleet support needs, including title and registration, fuel card assignments and other day-to-day fleet related needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and management of vehicle titles, registrations, and licenses.
  • Ensure title information is kept current in the fleet management database.
  • Assist in issuing fuel cards and managing fuel card database.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate records of vehicles, insurance and regulatory filing and reporting. This will include traveling to local government offices as needed.
  • Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles; preferably in fleet management industry.
  • North Carolina Notary or ability to attain within the first 90 days
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively both written and verbally with internal and external customers, lift 30-40lbs, and sit for extended periods.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is located a in typical office or administrative work environment. The employee may be subject to one or more of the following atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
