Fleet administrator:
Airport Van Rental is seeking a Fleet Administrator. We are a growth-oriented company offering competitive salaries and benefits for successful candidates. In addition to a competitive salary, this position will be eligible to work from home. Compensation is based on experience.
Fleet administrator Job Requirements
- Fleet administrator will prepare tax and title documents to transfer ownership of property.
- Fleet administrator will submit title documents to the appropriate government office, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles or the County Clerk’s Office.
- Fleet administrator will verify that funds have been collected on sales before processing titles and verify the amount of money still owed.
- Fleet administrator will perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and copying
- Fleet administrator reviews documents to ensure that all information is accurate and double-check important data such as names and addresses.
Fleet administrator Required Qualifications :
- Fleet admin needs experience working with Microsoft Office products; i.e Excel and Word
- Fleet admin needs general computer proficiency
- Fleet admin needs communication skills
- Fleet admin needs organization skills
- Fleet admin needs some knowledge of title transferring and title transferring
