- Comprehensive Recruitment and Hiring Management:
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to job offer finalization.
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Utilize various platforms and social media for job postings to broaden candidate reach.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews (both telephonic and in-person), and manage candidate evaluations.
- Build relationships with universities and recruitment agencies for a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and manage pre-employment assessments.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in recruitment and suggest improvements to internal processes.
- Billing Reconciliation and Financial Management:
- Manage and ensure accuracy in billing reconciliation processes.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with finance teams.
- Oversee and report on recruitment-related expenses and budgets.
- Credit Card Receipt Coordination:
- Organize, verify, and file credit card receipts systematically.
- Reconcile receipts against credit card statements monthly.
- Insurance Billing Audits:
- Conduct regular audits for accuracy and compliance in insurance billing.
- Work closely with insurance and finance departments to resolve any billing issues.
- Keep detailed records of insurance claims and payments.
- Administrative and HR Support:
- Provide extensive administrative support to the HR department.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits and organizing orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee files.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- SHRM or HRCI Certification a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role, with a track record of managing a full recruitment cycle.
- Knowledge of various recruitment tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS), specifically, familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) strongly preferred.
- Strong grasp of billing, financial reconciliation, and audit processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction at all organizational levels.
