Join our team as a Fitness Sales Consultant and help individuals achieve their fitness goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle. As a Fitness Sales Consultant, build a pipeline of leads, drive sales, and have the opportunity to change peoples lives by providing the right memberships, and offer additional services to enhance member experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all gym members and guests

- Build leads in the community
- Book fitness consultations to assess individual goals and develop personalized fitness plans
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and recovery services
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance member experience
- Manage time effectively to ensure all member needs are met in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management team

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Fitness sales, preferably boutique studios
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques preferred
- Ability to upsell products/services and meet sales targets
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience operating a cash register or handling financial transactions is a plus
- Technical sales experience is an advantage
