Fitness Membership Sales

The largest health and fitness facility in downtown Covington is now interviewing for our Membership Sales Team. We are looking for a highly ambitious and motivated professional who is passionate about fitness and has fantastic people skills. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality with excellent communication skills and a passion to generate inquiries, achieve targets and to be part of a winning team. You must possess boundless energy and enthusiasm, utilizing proven communication skills to network and generate Membership Sales. The ideal candidate will build rapport quickly with a variety of individuals both in person and over the telephone. Membership Sales experience a plus. Serious inquiries only.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Have a passion for health and fitness
• Have an extroverted personality
• Enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others

Typical hours are as followed:

Monday - Friday: 2:00PM – 7:00PM

Every other Saturday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
