OHM Fitness is a brand new group fitness franchise that provides low impact, gentle, 25-minute fitness classes using our EMPower suits. Our suits have 20 pads to stimulate muscles during the workout and the benefits are like working out for 2.5 hours in a gym lifting weights. The classes are for anyone...any age and any fitness level. The "suit is your gym" and we need fitness/sales experts to help welcome our guests and change their lives by committing to our program.

We're currently building our first (of many) OHM Fitness studios in the Cherry Creek neighborhood in Denver. Our perfect candidate will be able to help us run pre-opening pop-up classes in the Denver area as we finish the studio buildout. There will also be ample opportunity for growth within the company as we continue to expand throughout Colorado. In fact our second studio is already under development in Lone Tree.

The Fitness Concierge is a vital member of the OHM Fitness team, responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fitness studio. This role combines the responsibilities of managing the studio's flow, educating guests on our unique EMS workouts, and driving sales of memberships and packages. If you're passionate about fitness, sales, and delivering a high-level guest experience, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of memberships and packages, effectively communicating pricing and plans.
• Maintain and nurture leads, following up with potential members to facilitate informed decisions.
• Manage the flow of members, providing a warm welcome and timely service.
• Check guests in and out, handling all paperwork and billing accurately.
• Educate guests on EMS workouts, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness program.
• Assist with marketing and promotional events to attract new clients.
• Manage schedule and class bookings, ensuring a smooth operation of the studio.
• Open and close the studio, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
• Proven sales experience, with a track record in selling memberships and packages.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about health and fitness, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
