- NATIONALLY CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED
- OUTGOING PERSONALITY
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- ENJOYS INTERACTING WITH A DIVERSE GROUP OF PEOPLE
- PASSION FOR FITNESS AND CHANGING LIVES
- MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WHO IS A TEAM PLAYER
- EXPERIENCE AND/OR RELATED DEGREES ARE ENCOURAGED, BUT ON-THE-JOB TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- SALES BACKGROUND IS A PLUS
Candidate Job Responsbilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls and/or communications to facility
- Staff front desk
- Answer member questions
- Provide tours
- Engage in sales
- Ensure organized entrance/lobby
- General cleaning and maintaining of the facility
- Perform Success Sessions
- Acquire a Client Base
- Perform Personal Training
- 1-on-1
- Perform Small Group Fitness
- 2-4 Clients
