Performance Coach
ISI® Elite Training- Simpsonville, SC is looking for a coach who is detail oriented, loves people, and has high standards for member experience.

As a Performance Coach at our ISI® Elite Training- Simpsonville, SC facility, you will positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout!
EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Delivering high energy group training sessions which follow the ISI® brand standards
Responsible for creating and maintaining a high energy, welcoming and close-knit community
Responsible for complying with all ISI Brand Standards and being a positive, contributing member to the ISI Simpsonville Team
Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the training floor while coaching.
Responsible for executing the coach’s portion of the sales process, to include sales of memberships, retail and nutrition products
Attends and actively participates in monthly coaching staff meetings
Attends and actively participates in all relative, mandatory trainings and other requested Staff, Corporate and Franchise Partner meetings
Coaches consistently on the schedule to keep free employee membership perk
Maintains current, active CPR certification and CPT with no lapse in between
Must be flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
Assist with social media ideas, online member engagement and creating an online community (under direction of HPC)
Assist with Marketing endeavors, including special events, hyperlocal efforts, establishing joint ventures and other networking opportunities (under direction of HPC)
Assist with planning, organization and implementation of special programs including Fit Family Days, Mega Workouts, ABT Kidz, occasional Yoga classes, etc. (under direction of HPC)
Other reasonable tasks that become necessary from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a current fitness certification from an ISI® Elite Training approved education organization such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.
Must have current CPR/AED certification
3+ years of professional experience coaching and/or managing in the fitness industry
Must take a minimum of 2 ISI® ABT sessions per week
Must be a great communicator, lead by example, be detail oriented, and operate with extremely high standards.
Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
Must love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first-class member experience
