Survivor Resource Center
The Survivor Resource Center is sexual assault response center serving survivors of sexual assault and their families/significant others. The Survivor Resource Center is a social service agency that offers counseling and/or therapy, advocacy (legal and medical), and prevention for survivors of sexual assault, their families, and the community at large.
Responsibilities include:
- Assists the Executive Director in creating and maintaining the agency’s annual budget.
- Prepares reports to funders.
- Processes payroll and maintains payroll and employee records.
- Assists in new employee on-boarding and maintains accurate employee records.
- Monitors and maintains records on all accounts payable/receivable.
- Issues all checks, processes fiscal mailings, pays all taxes, insurance, and other payables for the Center.
- Performs data entry, filing, maintains accurate employee insurance records and all information related to fiscal matters.
- Arranges and prepares for annual audit.
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Accounting degree preferred
- Experience in non-profit fiscal management preferred
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task.
- Work well with others in an office atmosphere and contribute to a positive environment.
- Be dedicated to the mission of the organization.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The Survivor Resource Center is seeking a dedicated professional to join our exceptional team as the Fiscal and HR Manager. The ideal candidate values communication, integrity, authenticity, and can work both independently and collaboratively within a group. Viable candidates must have an excellent working knowledge of bookkeeping accounting techniques and procedures. Limited on call rotation time is required.
