First Steps Provider - Physical Therapist

We are searching for an independent contractor Physical Therapist who will enthusiastically deliver early intervention services.

Easterseals Crossroads has a long history of meeting the needs of children and their families. You can work full-time or part-time and create your own schedule.
Indiana licensure required. Therapists with current credentials as an Indiana First Steps provider are valued and preferred, but not required. Easterseals Crossroads serves children and their families in the Indianapolis area as well as Hamilton and Tipton counties.
