First Notice of Loss Representative - Part-time

Direct Auto Insurance Company, (Illinois, wholly owned by the Nodak Insurance Group), is looking for Part-Time experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service / First Notice of Loss Representatives. Remote work available.

Attention to detail is critical. The candidate must have strong writing and communication skills with basic math skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating with policy holders, business partners, liability claimants, claimant legal representatives and other insurance companies to obtain/provide the necessary information.
• Timely review of claim documentation and information.
• Securing additional information/investigation as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must reside within 90-minute driving distance of Rosemont, IL.
• Candidate must be assertive, energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented and demonstrate decision-making with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in general computer, software, and internet skills with working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Minimum 1 year experience for Customer Services and First Notice of Loss Representative positions.
