```Duties```
As the Director of First Impressions, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and callers. Your primary duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Performing clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assisting with office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
```Qualifications```
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, personal assistant, or in office management
- Proficiency in using office software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong clerical skills including typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors, clients, and staff effectively
