• Local Talent: Candidates based in the Midland/Odessa area.
• Field Experience: Background in oil field production and heater treaters (preferred). Knowledge around hand tools and navigating to different oil sites through the area.

What We Offer:

• Full-time Position: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
• Consistent Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
• Health Benefits: 50% paid health insurance after 60 days.
• Time Off: 3 weeks PTO accruing after 90 days.
• Retirement Plan: 401K enrollment after the first year.
• Additional Benefits: Dental, health, and vision insurance.

• Multiple locations throughout the Permian – willingness to travel a plus.
