Our talented Service Technicians lead their assigned job, perform Fire Sprinkler systems repairs, add/relocates, and tenant improvements/changes. We seek self-motivated, customer service-oriented team members who can lead others in inspecting fire protection systems.
- Must possess ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. We work hard but also enjoy what we do so you must have a strong work ethic! .
- The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and a good communicator.
- This important position will establish a rapport and build positive relationships with our customers, contractors on job sites, and our team members.
- He/she will direct the activities of their assigned Helper and train him/her on the proper way to service Fire Sprinkler systems.
- This position may also perform installations of new Fire Sprinkler systems.
- All work must be performed accurately and timely.
- He/she develops a strong relationship with the customer to exceed all their expectations and ensure a quality, timely installation is achieved.
- Travel within the local community is required
To be hired at WAFS as a Service Technician, you must possess 3+ years of Fire Sprinkler Service experience including system installation, repairs, add/relocates, troubleshooting, reading blueprints, putting systems on test, and more. We also require the ability to supervise each project and all Fitters/Helpers working on the jobsite.
