Pay ranging from $18 - $24/hour, based on experience, plus bonus potential and time and a half pay for evening work. Profit sharing is paid out quarterly.

Responsibilities for the Fire Extinguisher Technician:
 

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and installation on Fire Extinguishers and emergency lighting for established customers on

• a scheduled basis
• Complete all inspection and service paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Must be able to communicate well with customers and explain the work being done and any repairs that are necessary.
• Maintain van stock quantities of equipment and keep it in a neat and orderly manner and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications for the Fire Extinguisher Technician:
 

• Possess prior experience performing Fire Extinguisher inspection and maintenance
• Hold a valid driver's license with no major violations and three or fewer points.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs., working above head, and adapting to varied hours, including on-call, after hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Exhibit excellent attendance and a sense of responsibility in handling assigned tasks.
• Be knowledgeable of hand tools such as pipe wrenches, channel locks, drills, etc
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
