SalaryWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Engineer to join our team. As a Fire Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our facilities, employees, and visitors from fire hazards. Your expertise in fire prevention, suppression, and emergency response will be crucial in maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough fire risk assessments and develop effective fire safety strategies for our facilities.
- Design and implement fire prevention systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and fire oppression equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire safety regulations and codes.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fire Engineer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of fire prevention, suppression, and emergency response techniques.
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations and codes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Certification as a Fire Engineer or Fire Safety Officer is preferred.
