Fire Department Liaison

Mission: The Mission of this role is to actively and strategically market our services to local Tennessee Fire Departments to generate new relationships and opportunities that consist of viable, quality leads for business while also fostering mutually beneficial, long-term value-added partnerships.

Compensation Range:

• $50,000 - $55,000 per year base salary

Core Responsibilities: 

• Business Development:
  • Responsible for developing new and maintaining existing relationships with Fire, Police, and Municipal Departments to allow opportunities for our team to serve those affected by property loss.
  • Attend local events and functions involving Fire Departments to promote Southeast Restoration's emergency services.
  • Visit local fire stations following referrals and provide follow-up for services completed.
• First Responder:
  • Respond to requests for emergency board-up services during business hours to assist property owners, tenants, and first responders with securing the structure and guiding those affected through the next steps.
  • Ensure proper scene management, containment of the investigation area, and securing of the structure.
  • Ensure all emergency response protocols are followed by the emergency board-up crew members.
  • Document all work performed including obtaining work authorizations from owners or responsible parties.
  • Follow up with Fire Department personnel to ensure value was added through service.

Education/Professional Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of "fire service" in the state of Tennessee
• Experience with data logging and Customer Relationship Management Systems
