Finishing Operator

Outlook Group is seeking a dynamic Finishing Operator to be part of our team. This person will learn multiple pieces of equipment including die cutters, folder gluers, and forming machines. You will be responsible for setting up and running the machines, ensure the job is running properly, and check quality throughout the run.
This is a 1st shift opportunity!

In this role you will:

• Set up and operate the finishing die cutter, folder gluer and/or forming machines
• Understand expectations of internal customers and suppliers
• Understand and follow procedures and processes
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Abide by safety rules and procedures
• Review and analyze job orders for accuracy
• Complete all required paperwork including recording materials used and time to complete various production tasks
• Perform self-quality control check prior to advancing tooling to the finishing area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Use measurement instruments
