The Fine Jewelry Sales Professional will act as an ambassador of Tourneau/Bucherer and is responsible for providing clients with an elevated shopping experience, exploring both their immediate and future needs. The Fine Jewelry Sales Professional exhibits the highest regard for delivering first in class service by promoting the company and brand partners to the client, and personally committing to further educate themselves to enhance their skills. Candidates must have a passion for Fine Jewelry, art and culture, be a global thinker who is ready to drive the jewelry business, meeting and exceeding goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as a team with management and co-workers to achieve personal and store goals
- Acquire, build and maintain an active client book
- Share knowledge and motivate peers to promote jewelry
- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
- To communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and to explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among new and existing clients.
- To be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions.
- To strive to be a customer service oriented to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years’ experience in high-end luxury retail sales, preferably jewelry
- GIA certification a plus
- Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
- Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Good organization and learning skills
- Must be proactive and results driven
SALARY RANGE: $28-35.00 per hour plus commission
