Compensation:$85,000 - $350,000
Responsibilities:- Generate leads and opportunities through self-acquisition
- Develop an effective agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent
- Conducts individual and group interviews with potential new candidates that inform them about who we are as an organization, what we do for clients, our expansion plans, and compensation
- Evaluate potential applicants and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration
- Take new agents through our onboarding process to set them up for success with our system
- Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions
- Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
- Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are needed for this role
- 3-5 years of applicable recruiting experience in the insurance industry
