We focus on simplicity when educating our clients about financial concepts including Volatility, Fees, and Taxes. We believe this allows our clients to develop a lifetime strategy that focuses on efficiency. The Fitzpatrick Group needs talented advisors to help accomplish this mission.

Compensation

• $30,000-$50,000 base stipend dependent on sales experience & previous success
• Uncapped commissions & bonuses
• Compounded trails and renewals

Minimum Requirements

• College degree (preferred)
• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
• Sales experience is a plus

Position Responsibilities

• Educate clients on The Ideal Portfolio, and the positive impact of reducing taxes, fees, and market volatility
• Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
• Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
• Build a book of business through networking, referrals, and natural market
• You will be challenged and held accountable to build a sustainable book of business.

Our 10-week training program and on-going monthly training sessions will challenge you. You will learn what it means to disrupt the industry. You will be taught by the top advisors in the firm and learn how to run a successful business. You will learn how to implement The Ideal Portfolio and expose financial myths through education.
