You'll be working in the Business Process & Application Simplification (BP&AS) team in. The team is accountable for delivering the mandate of the BP&AS initiative through the provision of program assurance, analytics and insight into program delivery versus approved spend and benefits. This is done by implementing controls and processes to ensure that compliance with framework policy is adhered to. You will take over day to day financial focused reporting and support critical centralized administrative activities.
Skills:
- Financial experience
- Project, program or portfolio management experience
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Familiar with PPM tools and concepts (incl. Clarity)
- Provide portfolio governance support to the Business Process and Application Simplification (BP&AS) portfolio management team
- Provide program and Portfolio Managers with a centralized governance and control framework
- Provide critical input into migration of portfolio and activities onto a new portfolio program management tool
