Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst II to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in IN, IL, or KY.

Assist and support financial modeling and analysis for all potential strategic acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic investments from inception through due diligence, valuation, negotiation, approval, closing and integration, including post integration retrospective reviews, or “looks backs” of actual vs. expected financial returns. Lead and coordinate the financial analysis and reporting for the System long-range financial plan, including incorporating system-wide strategic, operational and financial goals and initiatives into a comprehensive and financial model to better inform decision making with projected debt, leverage and capital capacity constraints. Support market capital requests and process.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field. Master’s degree in finance or related field.

• Typically, will require two years’ experience in accounting, finance or analytics. Healthcare and system experience preferred.
