Responsibilities:
- Direct and lead financial analysis and developing short- and long-term financial forecasts
- Aid with financial deliverables for the executive team
- Analyze financials to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions
- Create operational budgets and forecasts during the annual budget development cycle
- Prepare data mining tools and financial models for variance analysis
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of FP& A experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and skilled at building relationships
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative abilities
