Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Consultant! You will be responsible for the assisting and guiding us in creating a budget and financial plan for personal finances. The individual hired will assist with instituting and training in all aspect of healthy financial management. Further duties will then entail helping cultivate best financial practices for 3 small businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training ensuring that content is relevant and easily assessable
- Oversee the flow of cash and financial recommendations
- Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses and make suggestions to increase cash flow and minimize expenditures
- Review costs for optimal budget planning
- Institute benchmarks and goals in all areas of budgeting, saving and investments
- Research and recommend alternative revenues sources
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial management, budgeting and/or accounting
- Knowledge of common banking institutional practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to be professional yet approachable
- Ability to work in an unsupervised remote setting and to meet via Zoom, Teams or other virtual environment
- Proven successful track record
- Experience with both personal and business finances
