Description:
This position demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal skills in dealing with patients/departments/insurance payors, etc. to maximize proficiency and assure patient satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and productivity standards as defined within policies, procedures, and standards. Estimated pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.15 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Additional Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Health Care regulatory guidelines to include but not limited to HIPAA, AHCA, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc. (Preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred). Minimum Required Experience:
