Job description

The Financial Automation Analyst will design, develop, deliver, and maintain automation solutions within the Corporate Accounting and Finance Department, utilizing various automation tools. We are looking to expand our team by adding a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to our Finance department.

  • Gather requirements on existing process for Automation from Process Owners
  • Gains process automation expertise thru projects and training
  • Adheres to automation best practices across all process automation deliverables.
  • Follows documentation standards for all deliverables.
  • Demonstrates capability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Supporting full lifecycle implementation of the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) project and production development
  • Support UI Plan software to automate button-click processes.
  • Analyze business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Implement the overall technical vision for projects, programs, or systems.
  • Providing development and testing support
  • Support business users through the training process
  • Support day-to-day system maintenance and production support for RPA deployment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, MIS, a related field and 4 years required or equivalent experience in related field required.
  • Master's degree dual major with accounting preferred
  • Ui Path experience preferred.
  • Alteryx experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, Power Query experience preferred.
  • Experience implementing RPA solutions, preferred.
  • Solid background in business analysis experience within applications
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Ambition for process improvement
  • Self-motivator
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Although not a requirement, having a solid grasp of programming fundamentals and entry level or higher proficiency with VB Script, SQL and/or .Net programming languages is a significant asset.
