Temp to Perm Role
Pay Rate: $47.00-51.00 per hour W2
M-F, 40 hours per week
o Overview: The Finance & Strategy team accelerates the growth of our business by implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model.
o Analyze business/financial measurements, uncover trends and assess current / future business risks and opportunities
o Support the deal flow approvals process by reviewing submissions for policy requirements and work with sales, strategy & operations and finance to correct
o Support deal desk teams across all verticals and lines of businesses to create deal financial models
o Support the development of decision support materials by producing analytics spanning merchant comparables, our portfolio’s performance, and market intelligence
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and frameworks for investment decisions
o Work to increase our approach to balancing growth vs. profitability
Qualifications/preferred skills:
o 3+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience
o Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
o Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn).
