Financial Analyst (Remote)

Position Summary

As our Financial Analyst, you will be a strong communicator, able to translate analysis into operational insight and action. The financial Analyst will provide basic reporting and analysis of business functions.

Deliverables and Performance Measures:

• Responsible for inputs into budget templates and budgeting system (NSPB)
• Support for creation of the annual budget and quarterly budget reforecasts.
• Create and maintain financial models.
• Create dashboards to report on company level KPIs via Excel and help support PowerBI reporting packages.
• Creation of monthly internal and board reporting packages.
• Assist with the day to day management of budget and reporting software.
• Prepare budget to actual analysis and insights.
• Support ad hoc requests of leaders.
• Prepare Private Equity requests and analysis.
• Key business simple models.
• Budget & Forecasting development.
• Timely reporting.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or comparable experience in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience presenting to and communicating with executives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with or an ability and willingness to learn financial software/tools, including NetSuite, NSPB, PowerBI and SalesForce (SFDC).
• Strong project management skills - inception, follow up, follow through and completion through clear direction, delegation and training.
• Experience with SaaS and technology companies is preferred but not required.

Expected hours of Work:

This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
